Mary Louise Cline, 90, of Gravois Mills, died Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach.
She was born March 11, 1931, in Salina, Kan., a daughter of the late Joe and Mildred (Freeman) Rice.
She married Fred Cline Dec. 31, 1950 in McPherson, Kan. He survives of the home.
She worked for the Kansas Insurance Department 35 years until her retirement.
While living in Topeka, she was a member of ABWA where she was awarded Woman of the Year in 1977. Following her retirement, the couple moved to Lake of the Ozarks where she was a member of the West Lake Christian Church in Laurie and the Christian Women Fellowship.
She also volunteered at Hurricane Deck Elementary School, was a member of the Lake Bloomers Garden Club, enjoyed being part of the Red Hat Society, and boating.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters Sheryl Godfrey and husband Richard of Wakarusa, Kan., and Cyndi Morlan and husband Ken of Lyndon, Kan.; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister Nadine Campbell of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and many other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Merlin Rice and Leo Rice.
