Jarrett Smith
Jarrett Wayne Smith, 30, of Stover, died Wednesday, June 17, 2020, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident while he was on the way to Sedalia.

He was born July 13, 1989, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to Charles Levi Smith, Sr. and Connie Taylor Singletary Smith.
At the time of his death, he was employed with Raynor Garage Doors as an installer.

He grew up in Florida and moved to central Missouri in 2018 to be near several members of his family.

He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, hunting, playing a pick-up game of basketball, playing catch with his niece, competitive shooting, tinkering on cars, and video gaming.

He is survived by his mother of Stover; maternal grandparents William Ballard and Almeda Singletary of Stover; brothers James Cios, Jr. of Florida; Andrew Cios of South Carolina, and twin brother Jeremy Smith of Stover; sister Marlana Smith of Sedalia; half-siblings Jim Smith of Florida; C.L.

Smith of Florida and Angel Smith of Alabama; eight nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; brother Jason Smith who died May 30, 2017; and sister Devan Smith who died May 7, 2020.

He will be cremated. No services are planned at this time.
