Ozark Prairie Master Gardeners and Dale Hollow Winery are hosting an inaugural Grapevine Care and Pruning Festival Saturday, March 9 at the winery, 314 East First Street in Stover.
The event will be a hands-on workshop providing information about how to care for grape vines. Participants will attend a short presentation by the Dale family, owners of Dale Hollow Winery, and then head into the vineyard with trained Master Gardeners to learn how to prune grape vines.  
There will be four sessions scheduled 9, 9:30, 10 and 10:30 a.m.  
Following the program lunch and refreshments will be provided.
The program is offered to the public free of charge, but reservations must be made. Reserve a place by calling the Morgan County Extension Office, 573-378-5358.
