Courtney Sue Arnold, 49, of Stover died Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at her home.
She was born Nov. 13, 1970 in St. Joseph, a daughter of Charles “Sonny” and Carol Elton Pendleton.
She was a 1989 graduate of Stover High School.
She married Christopher Arnold March 21, 2008 at the Stover United Methodist Church. He survives at the home.
She worked for Walmart, Dixon Ticonderoga, and Gates, all located in Versailles, and Quality Quilting in Stover. At the time of her death she was employed as a cook for Morgan County R-I School District in Stover.
She enjoyed puzzles, crafting, gardening, and going to Branson to see the shows.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her parents; children Chantel Estes and husband Joshua of Cole Camp, Taylor Stanley and fiancée Riley Whittle of Gravois Mills, and Cheyenne Richardson and husband Randall of Versailles; siblings Elizabeth Garvin and husband Pat of Wayne, Neb., Gayle Webb and companion Pam Garber of Versailles, and Charles “Chas” Pendleton and wife Chelsea of Stover; eight grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was Monday, May 4, at the Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home in Stover, followed by a graveside service in the Stover Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Taylor Stanley, Chas Pendleton, Colton Pendleton, Anthony Munsell, Jayse Munsell, and Ashton Munsell. Honorary pallbearers were Charles “Sonny” Pendleton, Aleigha, Kasey, and Chance Estes, Payton and Stetson Richardson, Lyla Stanley, and Clayton Pendleton.
