Sid Doerhoff

The Morgan County R-II School District Board of Education has hired Sid Doerhoff as an interim superintendent, to complete the 2019-2020 school year, following the departure of Joyce Ryerson. Ryerson and the board signed a separation agreement Jan. 24. Doerhoff will work part-time until a permanent superintendent is hired.
Doerhoff is from St. Elizabeth and his work experience includes 31 years for the St. Elizabeth R-IV School District as teacher, counselor, A+ Coordinator and, the last 10 years, as superintendent.
Following his retirement from the St. Elizabeth R-IV District, he has worked three interim positions in school administration, two for the Osage County R-I School District and one at St. Thomas Catholic School.
Doerhoff is also a finance consultant for the Missouri State Teachers Association where he conducts workshops about school finance for teachers serving on salary committees in their districts.
Doerhoff has also taught graduate classes in the field of educational administration the past 12 years for William Woods University.
