The State of Missouri to Edward C. Jones Jr., the natural father of Tharron Joel Ringhofer:
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced in the Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court of Morgan County, Missouri, by Petition, the object and general nature of which is the adoption of the above-named minor.
The names of all parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for Petitioners is Jill D. Parks, McDorman & Parks, LLC, 2140 Bagnell Dam Blvd., Suite 401, Lake Ozark, MO 65049.

TO REGISTER TO VOTE
The last day to register to vote in Morgan County for the November 7, 2017 Special Election, is October 11, 2017.
Anyone who has recently moved, had any kind of address change, changed their name due to marriage, divorce or other reasons, should notify the the County Clerk’s office as soon as possible. College students who have married or graduated since originally registering to vote will need to update their name and address if they are no longer living at their parents address.

TRUSTEE’S SALE
For default having been made in the payment of the note described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by DENNIS MICHAEL HOBBS, JR. and VANISSA D. HOBBS, his wife, dated March 7, 2008, and recorded March 12, 2008, as Instrument #200800001347 in the Recorder’s Office of Morgan County, Missouri, and conveying to the trustee, the following described Real Estate, situated in Morgan County, Missouri, to-wit:
All of Lot 11 in Block A of Williamson’s Addition to the City of Versailles, Morgan County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof originally recorded in Plat Book 1835, at Page 5 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Morgan County, Missouri.
Subject to the 2015, 2016 and 2017 Morgan County real estate taxes.
WHEREAS, it is provided in and by the terms of said Deed of Trust that the legal holder of said Deed of Trust and the note described therein shall have the power to appoint a successor trustee in place of the Trustee named therein by an instrument in writing duly recorded in the Recorder’s Office of Morgan County, Missouri; and

Absentee ballots are now available in the County Clerk’s office. The last day to mail out absentee ballots for the November 7, 2017 Special Election, will be Wednesday, November 1, 2017.

WHEREAS, the legal holder of said Deed of Trust and the note described therein has appointed ANDREW J. HARDWICK, as Successor Trustee by an instrument in writing recorded September 20, 2017, as Document #2017-4733 in the Recorder’s Office of Morgan County, Missouri; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN that said holder, through the undersigned, its duly authorized officer, in exercise of its power aforesaid, has appointed, and by these presents does appoint, Andrew J. Hardwick, of Camden County, Missouri, as Successor Trustee under said Deed of Trust, with full power and authority to execute said trust as fully as if he were the named Trustee herein.
WHEREAS, said note has become due and is now unpaid;
